The Jervois Steak House Meat Pack makes it easy to put together restaurant-quality dinners at the bach, beach or in your backyard, and also makes the perfect Christmas gift for anyone who’s serious about good meat. Gareth Stewart has worked with his trusted suppliers Neat Meat to bring together a perfectly curated selection of premium cuts in two different sizes. Designed to feed both adults and kids over a week, or a large group, the Barbecue Meat Pack includes aged Wakanui and Wagyu steaks, lamb racks, butterflied chickens, the best burger patties and sausages, and much more.
Each meat pack also comes with essential extras — marinades, spice rubs, butters and sauces, along with delicious sides — to give your holiday meals the X-factor. Detailed, easy-to-follow recipes mean you can segue expertly from backyard cricket to beer-in-hand barbecue chef.
The Barbecue Meat Pack is available to be couriered to customers or picked up from the restaurant itself.
About the JSH Barbecue Meat Packs:
● Each is designed to give you enough food for five dinners, and you can choose between the gold kit, which feeds four to six, and the platinum, which will feed seven to 10.
● Orders must be placed by Friday 8 December, and packs can either be picked up from Jervois Steak House on Thursday 21 or Friday 22 December, or couriered out to you on one of these days.

We are proud to serve A5 wagyu at JSH, Japanese Zen-Noh wagyu A5 is dubbed the highest grade of wagyu in the world, thanks to the meticulous caring of the cattle, through a strict nutritious diet, hand grooming and massage. Judged on a grading system from C1 to A5, its grade is based on marbling, meat colour and brightness, meat firmness and texture, fat colour, lustre and quality. The A5 grade Japanese Black WAGYU cattle is fed only good quality grain (corn and rice straw) and raised with scrupulous care. The meat has a particularly good balance of fat, extremely smooth texture, and juicy flavor that spreads out in the mouth. These are the unique character of WAGYU A5, the highest quality Japanese beef. These unique characters are created by the large proportion of amino acids (the basis of its umami or savoriness) and unsaturated fat, in addition, “marbling” affects its taste - marbling on beef is especially valued as a symbol of high quality so that it is the key to grading this type of beef.
